  • Inn at Jackson Hole: 1 Rental Unit (Affordable) - complete

  • Hidden Hollow 305 Building: 50 Rental Units (6 Affordable, 18 Workforce, 26 Market) - complete

  • Mercill Avenue Condos: 30 Ownership Units (2 Affordable & 28 Workforce), public-private partnership with Teton County and Mercill Partners

In 2019, 62 new Affordable and Workforce units were built and one existing unit was restricted Affordable.
